How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, open a product, choose your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout".
How do I pay?
We currently accept online payment (bank transfer or mobile wallet). At checkout you'll see our payment details. After paying, upload a screenshot or receipt of the payment to confirm your order.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order you get an order number. Our team verifies your payment and updates the status. You can check it any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email or phone.
How can I track my order?
Go to the Track Order page, enter your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout, and you'll see the current status.
What is your return policy?
Please see the Shipping & Returns page for full details. In short, unused items in original condition can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. If something doesn't fit, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where possible.
